Answer: We have our direct diaper distribution the third Saturday of every month 8:30am to 11:30am. Please note that diaper distribution day and times are subject to change at any time. You will be notified of any changes.

Answer: After you are registered, you will be able to attend our direct diaper distribution once a month to pick up diapers. Arrive at our location during the hours of operation. Please bring your client ID card and a photo ID when coming to pick up diapers and wipes. Our diaper distribution is a drive thru process, we will scan your client ID and confirm with your photo ID. Our volunteers will be on site to help with the drive thru process.

Answer: We distribute a 50 pack of diapers, 30 pack of pull-ups, and wipes. Each registered child will receive one pack of diapers or pull-ups and one pack of wipes. At the time of registration, we will need a birth certificate emailed to our office email (diaper@jlriverside.org.) Please note we cannot guarantee quantity nor brand and it is subject to change at any time.

Answer: Regretfully, no. You can only pick up diapers for children in your care and who are on your registered diaper profile.

Answer: (Starting May 20th, 2023) We will service Birth to 4 years of age. Once the child reaches their fourth birthday, we will no longer provide diaper and wipe services. Please note this age range may be extended with documented disabilities and the availability of appropriate sizes.
